These are a bunch of things we have lying around that either I or my friends have participated in. This does not mean that Tape Mountain is going to do a "distro"; talk about pouring money down the toilet!
Yak Brigade/Brown Tower: split 7" $3

- Cute juvenilia from me and two other Swarthmore undergrads, recorded back in '95 and released on the Proteen label out of scenic LeMoyne, PA. Seminal and strummy. Hear me sing "999,999" with a bad head-cold! Nice cartoon on the front, picture of me doing a handstand on the back, a fine fine release.
- This charming artifact from 1996 or so predated the YB 12" on Blackbean and Placenta. It features bossanova guitar, some cheesy beatbox, and some sultry Commodore 64 action; then the whole thing gets deconstructed. Brown Tower are one of those forgotten bands from back in the Traumatone days, and their records and tapes have a great shambling charm to them. I have one more left!
